Dr. Don Huber, Professor Emeritus of Plant Pathology at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, will share his research into the negative effects of "frankenfoods."

Dr. Bruce Hammond, toxicologist at Monsanto, a leader in the regulation of genetically engineered foods, will reveal the latest advances and developments in this field.

Bill Bremer, principal with Kestrel Management Services will share his expertise in food compliance and regulation.

Dr. Hari Dwivedi, Senior Scientist in the Research and Development Division of bioMérieux, will be presenting the new Vitek MS microbial identification instrument.

Rex Dyer of Ag-Defense systems presents a new automated sample preparation instrument for researchers.
